Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & any chemical additives such as release agents. Should the substrate be loose or display significant sand shedding, reinforcement is unsuitable, necessitating shot blasting. Sand and vacuum the substrate thoroughly before application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush to ensure comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied if necessary.

>> Upon full curing, the substrate can be immediately treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement with ease.
