K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Rigorously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal results.
2. Level uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to remove residual materials and dust.
3. Keep the base dry, ensuring the absence of puddles for a perfect application.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment and preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal performance and results.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (typically 2-6 hours after application), proceed with self-leveling preparations.
2. Add approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Evenly distribute the mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to manage thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eradicate any trapped air bubbles. Note: Utilizing a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can greatly enhance the efficiency of transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Sealed, the product upholds a reliable 6-month shelf life.
During transit, ensure to avoid collisions and pressure to protect the integrity of the packaging and prevent any potential damage.
