SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin with a pristine surface by thoroughly eliminating any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings. Achieving a clean slate is essential for optimal results.
2. Meticulously sand down any uneven ground to eradicate loose concrete and residual impurities, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish that's ready for the next steps.

3. It's crucial to maintain a dry base, free from any water pooling, to ensure a reliable and sturdy foundation for your underlayment.
4. Tailor your approach based on substrate type: for absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surface substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve a superior bond and finish.

APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer, ensuring all dust and debris are removed. Select an appropriate primer and apply it carefully. Allow the primer to be absorbed thoroughly by the base layer, and wait until it starts to dry, which typically takes about 2 to 6 hours. Once the primer has set, commence the foundational preparations for the application of the self-leveling underlayment.

2. In a clean container, pour around 5 liters of fresh water. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound into the water. Use a mixer to blend the mixture until it achieves a smooth and lump-free consistency. Carefully pour out the mixed material, then distribute it evenly across the surface using a specialized notched trowel to maintain control over the thickness. It's paramount to shield the freshly mixed compound from direct sunlight and powerful wind to ensure optimal results.

3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. Additionally, a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute can be utilized for the efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, ensuring a seamless application.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, while ensuring that the relative humidity levels remain balanced and not excessively high, to promote effective application and curing.

2.Ensure water is added strictly according to the specified ratio in the product manual. This precision is crucial as deviations, whether adding too much or too little water, can significantly impact the performance and effectiveness of the self-leveling material.

3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes of preparation to avoid premature solidification, which could render the material unusable and compromise the integrity of the application.

4. Observe all safety precautions during construction to prevent accidental contact of the material with the eyes or skin, ensuring a safe working environment.

5. During the curing phase, ensure the surface is protected from impacts by heavy objects or exposure to water, which can disrupt the curing process and affect the final surface quality.

TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to protect the integrity of the packaging and prevent any potential damage.
