K50 allows for application thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in just one coat.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and previous coatings from the surface for optimal results.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris; vacuum meticulously to clear all dust and particulates.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and absent of any puddles for the best performance.
4. For absorbent substrates, use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for perfect treatment.
Ensure a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal consistency and strength.
1. Select the right primer post thorough cleaning of the base layer. Begin pre-work for self-leveling once the primer is absorbed and starts drying (approx. 2-6 hours after application).
2. Add about 6 liters of clean water to a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until smooth and without lumps. Spread evenly using a notched trowel to control thickness. Protect from sunlight and strong winds during application, completing it within 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound sets, use a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate air bubbles. A pump with a 20-40 liters per minute capacity can be utilized for transporting the self-leveling mixture.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture, ensuring a sealed shelf life of 6 months.
During transit, avoid impacts and compression to maintain packaging integrity.
