Tailored to perfection, it is ideal for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete, ensuring a flawless finish. This state-of-the-art adhesive expertly seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, dramatically decreasing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By effectively preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it magnificently enhances the bonding strength, ensuring steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, thereby eradicating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, and devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or significantly sand-shedding, this product is not suitable. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are imperative before application.

Application Method

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface with care.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or modify as per substrate absorption. Apply a coat using a roller brush, guaranteeing complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for added durability.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a pristine finish.
