Introducing a remarkable adhesive formulated to fortify cement mortar wall surfaces that encounter light sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. Perfectly suited for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent bases such as concrete. This adhesive masterfully seals capillary pores and cracks within substrates, dramatically lowering the absorption rate of porous materials.

By obstructing moisture absorption in the leveling layer, it significantly enhances the overall bonding strength of the leveling layer. It guarantees strong adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, efficiently resolving issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Requires shot blasting. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Clear all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusted for substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate is prepared for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
