Our Safe Application Vinyl Tile Adhesive is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing minor sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. It's perfect for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates such as concrete. This innovative adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rates of porous materials.

By doing so, it prevents moisture within the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thus enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This ensures robust adhesion between the leveling layer and its foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. For loose substrates or those with extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or according to substrate absorption, and apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
