Product introduction
Our Resilient Floor Adhesive for Eco-Conscious Vinyl Sheet Applications is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces, addressing issues like slight sand shedding and aerated concrete blocks. Additionally, it is highly effective on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates such as concrete. This adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous substrates.
By doing so, it prevents moisture within the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This ensures a firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.
Performance characteristics
>> Water-based emulsion, promoting an eco-friendly application
>> Exceptional penetration capability, simplifying the application process
>> Combines sealing, penetrating, and hardening functions in one product
>> Can be used directly for interface treatment, enhancing substrate strength, sealing the substrate, and reducing substrate absorption rates
>> Significantly boosts the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring a secure adhesion between the leveling layer and the substrate, thereby preventing issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.
>> Versatile application, suitable for both wall and floor substrates
Substrate Treatment
The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. For substrates that are loose or exhibit large areas of sand shedding, this product is not ideal for reinforcement, and shot blasting is recommended. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.
>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption, and apply one coat with a roller brush to ensure complete penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.
>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
