Product introduction

Ideal for reinforcing cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding, aerated concrete block surfaces, putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates such as concrete. It expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous materials.

This innovative adhesive prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures a robust and steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For loose surfaces or large areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

>> Remove unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration..

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied..

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
