Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & void of chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting is essential. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application to prepare the perfect surface.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring the adhesive thoroughly penetrates the substrate.

>> For enhanced reinforcement and superior results, multiple coats can be applied as necessary.

>> Once the substrate has cured, it is fully prepared for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, offering a flawless finish every time.
