SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Start by meticulously purging the surface of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings. This comprehensive cleansing step is crucial for ensuring optimal bonding and delivering a performance that stands the test of time.
2. Carefully sand down the uneven ground to expertly eliminate any loose concrete and embedded impurities. This process is essential for crafting a smooth, flawless foundation for all subsequent applications.
3. Make certain the base is perfectly dry and entirely free of puddles, as any moisture can undermine the integrity and adhesion of the surface compound you apply.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, we highly recommend our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. This will ensure superior penetration and bonding. On the other hand, for non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the ideal choice to guarantee exceptional adhesion and durability.

APPLICATION

2. Pour precisely 5 liters of pure, crystal-clear water into a mixing container. Gradually add our premium 25-kilogram self-leveling compound. Blend meticulously with a mixer until the mixture achieves an impeccably smooth, lump-free consistency. Achieve perfect distribution by using a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness. Shield the freshly applied material from direct sunlight and gusty winds to maintain optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, use a defoaming roller to effortlessly glide across the surface, effectively releasing any trapped air bubbles. Note: For a seamless, efficient application, employ a pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute, effortlessly transporting the self-leveling slurry across the surface.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure the construction environment's temperature is maintained between 5°C and 30°C. Keep the relative humidity low to guarantee the material performs at its peak.
2. Follow the precise water ratio outlined in the product manual. This ensures the unmatched performance of our self-leveling compound is preserved, avoiding potential impairments caused by incorrect water amounts.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling compound within a critical 20-minute timeframe to prevent premature solidification, ensuring a flawless and effective surface application.
4. Exercise the utmost caution during application to prevent material from splattering onto your skin or eyes, thus guaranteeing a safe and secure working environment for all involved.
5. During the essential curing period, protect the surface from heavy impacts and avoid water exposure to maintain the pristine integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to preserve its exceptional quality. During transportation, avoid impacts and compression to ensure the packaging remains intact, delivering the product to its destination in perfect condition.
