Our innovative Sheet Vinyl Install Glue is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces, even those with slight sand shedding or made from aerated concrete blocks. This versatile product can be applied to surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar, or any absorbent substrates including concrete. It effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous materials.

By preventing moisture from being absorbed by the substrate, this glue enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring a firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This eliminates common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, and free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For loose substrates or those with significant sand shedding, this product is not suitable, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

 

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
