The K80 cement mix offers outstanding versatility and performance, allowing for a seamless application ranging from a minimum of 3mm to a substantial 8mm thickness in a single, smooth application. This ensures optimal leveling and a flawless finish every time.

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin your subfloor preparation by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface, ensuring a pristine start.
2. Progress by sanding down any uneven areas on the ground to effectively eliminate loose concrete and impurities, achieving a perfectly smooth foundation.

3. Ensure that the base is kept impeccably dry, free from any puddles, to create an ideal setting for our Accurate Self-Leveling Cement Mix application.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we highly recommend employing the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Alternatively, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is your best choice for optimal treatment.

For optimal results, maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 1:5, ensuring the perfect blend for superior floor leveling.

APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure it's dust-free. Select an appropriate primer for the task. Once the primer has been fully absorbed by the base layer and has partially dried (typically around 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the preparatory steps for self-leveling.

2. Into a container, pour approximately 5 liters of clean, fresh water. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our specialized self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend the contents until the mixture is consistently smooth and free of lumps. Pour the mixed material carefully and spread it evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Safeguard the newly mixed material from direct sunlight and powerful winds to ensure optimal results.

3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to roll over the surface. This will efficiently expel any entrapped air bubbles, ensuring a flawless finish. Note: For ease of application, a pump with a delivery capacity between 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized to transport the self-leveling slurry seamlessly.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature within a range of 5°C to 30°C. Ensure the relative humidity is kept at a moderate level to prevent any adverse effects.

2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This ensures the self-leveling material performs optimally. Both excessive and insufficient water can compromise its quality.

3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to prevent solidification, which would render the material unusable.

4. Exercise caution during construction to prevent the material from splashing into the eyes or onto the skin, ensuring the safety of all involved.

5. During the curing period, protect the ground by avoiding heavy object impacts and water exposure to maintain the integrity of the surface.

TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve its quality. During transportation, it's crucial to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging and product integrity.
