This outstanding adhesive is ideal for use on a variety of surfaces including putty powder, paint, cement mortar, and absorbent substrates such as concrete, delivering superior performance in every application. Our advanced formulation effectively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly decreasing the absorption rate of porous materials, thereby enhancing long-term durability.

By meticulously preventing the moisture within the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, this adhesive ensures optimal performance and amplifies the bonding strength, guaranteeing robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. It effectively eliminates frequent issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling, providing a flawless finish.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, and free of imperfections such as cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily sand-shedding, this product is not recommended. Proper preparation such as shot blasting and thorough vacuuming is required before application.

Application Method

 

>> Carefully remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure maximum adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> To achieve enhanced reinforcement, applying multiple coats may be considered.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with a variety of materials such as putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, creating a solid and reliable foundation.
