Product introduction

Perfect for reinforcing cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding, aerated concrete blocks, putty powders, paints, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates such as concrete. This premium product expertly seals capillary pores and cracks, significantly reducing the absorption of porous substrates.

By preventing the substrate from soaking up moisture from the leveling layer, it greatly enhances the bonding strength and ensures a solid adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical contaminants such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement and requires shot blasting. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush for full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
