Product introduction

This premium adhesive is specifically designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. It is also ideal for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and other absorbent substrates such as concrete. Our adhesive effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

This crucial feature prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing overall performance. It boosts the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This eliminates common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, and free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or has extensive sand shedding, use of this product is not recommended; shot blasting will be required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface..

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or as per substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied..

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement..
