SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Thoroughly eliminate any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a clean and polished foundation.
2. Sand the uneven ground meticulously to eliminate loose concrete and impurities, achieving a smooth and flawless base.

3. Ensure the base remains completely dry and free of any puddles to prevent complications and ensure optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent for effective preparation. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the application of the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for ideal treatment.

APPLICATION

1. Start with an immaculate base layer! Once thoroughly cleaned, select the ideal primer for your needs. Allow the primer to penetrate and start to dry, approximately 2-6 hours post-application. This is the perfect moment to prepare for the self-leveling process.

2. Transform your project with precision by pouring about 5 liters of pristine water into your container. Gradually introduce the 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, blending seamlessly with a mixer until you achieve a flawless, lump-free consistency. Pour and distribute the mixture evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to masterfully control thickness. Be sure to shield your freshly prepared surface from direct sunlight and powerful winds.

3. Prior to the compound setting, glide a defoaming roller across the surface to elegantly eliminate air bubbles. For efficient slurry transport, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is an excellent choice.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Achieve optimal results by maintaining construction temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring relative humidity remains moderate.

2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio as specified in the product manual to maintain the integrity and performance of the self-leveling compound. Avoid deviations that could compromise quality.

3. Apply the blended self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification and ensure a flawless finish.

4. Prioritize safety during application to prevent accidental contact with eyes or skin.

5. During the crucial curing period, safeguard the surface from heavy impacts or water exposure to preserve its impeccable finish.

TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, well away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression that could damage packaging integrity.
