K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure the surface is free from oil stains, dust, loose debris, and aged coatings.
2. Smoothen uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris; follow with meticulous vacuuming to eliminate all residual materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from any standing water or puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment.
Achieve optimum consistency with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%.
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix diligently with a mixer until completely smooth and devoid of lumps. Dispense the mixture evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to ensure precise thickness control. Protect the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mix and application within a 10-minute timeframe.
3. Prior to the setting of the compound, employ a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in an environment that is dry, well-ventilated, and cool, avoiding direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product retains its quality for up to 6 months.
During transportation, ensure it is protected from impacts and compressions to safeguard the integrity of the packaging.
