This Super Wear-resistant Floor Sealing Hardener is engineered to deeply penetrate concrete surfaces by 5mm to 8mm, engaging with free calcium and magnesium ions to create a densely crystalline structure. This transformation dramatically hardens the surface, resulting in a concrete floor that is not only robust and long-lasting but also visually appealing.
The lithium-based hardener for emery floors is meticulously formulated to cater to the unique requirements of emery floors (commonly referred to as wear-resistant floors).
Over time, emery floors can accumulate dust and dirt due to their porous nature as cement products. The composition, pH level, and trace element content of emery floors are distinct from other basic floors. The emery floor hardener addresses these characteristics, ensuring a comprehensive reaction with all active components, yielding a uniformly treated surface.

within 90-120 days

Oil Penetration: Penetration rate of 0.03cc per hour (no visible penetration or marks within 30 minutes when 1mm engine oil drop is applied on the test surface; oil stains can be cleaned within 8 hours).
Wear Resistance: Enhances more than 40% compared to ordinary concrete floors.
Dust Resistance: No dust generated under Mohs scale 6 testing.
