Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks and oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or has extensive sand shedding, avoid reinforcement with this product; instead, opt for shot blasting. Sand thoroughly and vacuum before application for best results.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing unstable loose materials and any oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal application..

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a recommended ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply an even coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for lasting reinforcement..

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary, depending on the project requirements..

>> Once fully cured, the substrate becomes a perfect base to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
