Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Thoroughly sweep away dust and debris from the floor using a mop. In cases where the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to create a flat, pristine surface.

Step 2
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper brush to uniformly spread the adhesive across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to translucent, signaling the perfect time to commence carpet laying.

Step 3
CARPET INSTALLATION: Carefully lay the carpet so it's flat and smooth, apply firm pressure, and then use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to ensure a perfect fit.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive will establish bonding strength within 3 hours. Avoid walking on or working over the carpet for a full 12 hours to ensure the installation can withstand weight without bubbling or distortion; this method guarantees a flawless finish.
