Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & free of any chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is loose or shows signs of excessive sand shedding, reinforcement with this product may be unsuitable, necessitating shot blasting. Ensure thorough sanding and vacuuming of the substrate pre-application.

Application Method

 

>> Meticulously clear the floor surface of any unstable loose materials and oil stains.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, calibrated to the substrate's absorption capacity. Apply an even coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as dictated by surface requirements.

>> Upon achieving full cure, the substrate is primed to be directly finished with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
