PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
STEP 1

CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the floor, removing dust and debris using a mop. For uneven floors, apply self-leveling materials to achieve a flawlessly smooth and pristine surface.
STEP 2.

ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper brush to meticulously spread the adhesive evenly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before laying the carpet.
STEP 3.

CARPET INSTALLATION: Position the carpet flat and smooth, apply firm pressure, and employ a rubber mallet or pressure roller for a seamless installation.
STEP 4

LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive will attain optimal bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, thereby ensuring durability and quality.
