Product Construction Process

Step 1
Prepare the Base Surface: Meticulously clean the floor to eliminate dust and debris with a mop. For uneven floors, apply self-leveling material to achieve a perfectly smooth and clean surface.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Evenly distribute the adhesive using a scraper brush over the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet laying.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Carefully lay the carpet smooth and flat, applying adequate pressure. Utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller for a secure fit.

Step 4
Allow Adhesive Curing
The adhesive attains full bonding strength within 3 hours. Avoid any traffic or activity on the carpet for a duration of 12 hours. This process guarantees the carpet handles weight efficiently without bubbling or deformation, ensuring a seamless finish.
