TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Thoroughly cleanse the floor of dust and debris using a mop. If the floor is uneven, employ self-leveling material to achieve a flawless and immaculate surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Employ a scraper brush to distribute the adhesive uniformly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before proceeding to lay the carpet.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat for a seamless finish, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet or a pressure roller to ensure proper alignment.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive strengthens within 3 hours. To ensure optimal adhesion, refrain from walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method effectively resists weight without bubbling or deformation.
