SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Thoroughly cleanse the surface by eliminating all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings to ensure optimal adherence.
2. Smoothen the surface by sanding down uneven areas to effectively remove loose concrete and impurities, preparing a flawless foundation.
3. Ensure the base remains completely dry and devoid of puddles to maintain the integrity of the subfloor.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, it is advisable to treat them with the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for superior treatment.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Our superior High-Strength Concrete offers an optimal water to mortar ratio of 41%-44%, ensuring unmatched consistency and workability for your construction needs.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure it is pristine. Select an appropriate primer that complements the base. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, typically within 2 to 6 hours, you are ready to initiate the self-leveling process for optimal results.

2. Prepare your self-leveling compound by pouring approximately 10 liters of clear water into a suitable container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the compound into the water. Use a mixer to blend thoroughly until the mixture achieves a smooth and lump-free consistency. Proceed to pour and evenly spread the mixture, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to maintain precise thickness control. Ensure the material is safeguarded from direct sunlight and strong winds during this phase.

3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface. This removes any entrapped air bubbles, ensuring a flawless finish. For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, consider using a pump with a delivery capacity of 20 to 40 liters per minute.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure the construction environment temperature remains consistently between a comfortable 5°C and 30°C. Additionally, maintain a moderate relative humidity level to optimize the performance and bonding of the material.

2. Adhere strictly to the water addition ratio outlined in the product manual. Deviating from this precise ratio can significantly impact the performance of the self-leveling material, leading to suboptimal results.

3. Once mixed, the self-leveling material should be applied promptly within a 20-minute window. This prevents premature solidification, ensuring the material maintains its usability and effectiveness.

4. Exercise caution during the construction process to prevent the material from inadvertently coming into contact with the eyes or skin, thereby ensuring safety at all times.

5. Throughout the curing period, it is crucial to shield the ground from heavy impacts and water exposure, ensuring a flawless finish and long-lasting durability.

TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES
Preserve the product's quality by storing it in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, away from harsh sunlight. During transportation, handle with extreme care to prevent any collisions or compressions that might compromise the packaging's integrity and the product's efficacy.
