APPLICATION

Choose the ideal primer formulated to deeply penetrate and adhere with excellence, allowing it to enter a drying phase of approximately 2-6 hours. As the primer settles, seamlessly transition into crafting our Premium Self-Leveling Cement application, maintaining an uninterrupted, smooth workflow.
2. Pour around 5 liters of pristine, clean water into a suitable mixing container. Gradually introduce an entire 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until you reach a flawless, silky smooth, and lump-free consistency. Evenly spread the prepared mixture with a specialized notched trowel to precisely manage the thickness. Protect the freshly prepared surface from the harsh rays of direct sunlight and gusts of strong winds, thus ensuring optimal results.
3. Before the compound begins to set, use a defoaming roller to glide gracefully over the surface, effectively releasing any trapped air bubbles. Note: For a streamlined, efficient application, consider employing a pump with a delivery capability of 20-40 liters per minute to guarantee the self-leveling slurry is applied effortlessly and uniformly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions within the construction zone between 5°C and 30°C, with low relative humidity, to ensure the optimum performance of the material.
2. Adhering to the specified water proportions as outlined in the product manual is of critical importance. This precision preserves the remarkable performance of our self-leveling compound by preventing any degradation due to incorrect water addition.
3. To avert premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window, ensuring a smooth and effective application to the surface.
4. Exercise necessary precautions during application to prevent the material from splashing onto skin or into eyes, thereby maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
5. During the crucial curing period, shield the surface from impacts by heavy objects and eschew exposing it to water, thereby preserving the integrity and strength of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
