It excels as a wet-bond, pressure-sensitive adhesive for pre-treated absorbent substrates. Furthermore, it can serve as a gap-filling, pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring to a limited extent, showcasing its versatility and adaptability.
When applied on non-absorbent substrates, the flooring installation window ranges from 20 to 50 minutes post-application, offering flexibility and convenience. Discover its enduring adhesion, superior peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and high curing strength. Ensure the substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. For uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent surfaces, pre-treat with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to avert substrate debonding and guarantee optimal performance.
Installation Instructions
For a flawless wood flooring installation, utilize a B11 notched trowel, engineered explicitly for wood flooring adhesive applications. Replace the notched bar after every 100 square meters to maintain precision. Determine the open time by considering the adhesive volume, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is primed for action when it commences string formation.
For SPC, WPC, and LVT floor wet bonding, employ a B1 notched trowel, refreshing the notched bar every 100 square meters. Initiate flooring installation when the adhesive begins string formation, ensuring seamless adhesion and transfer to the flooring's underside. Use a roller over the entire installed surface, pressing edges and corners with a cork board to guarantee a flawless bond. Eliminate dead spots to ensure complete adhesive-floorring integration. Roll again after 20 minutes. Adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions for optimal results.
