Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not suitable. Shot blasting is necessary. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply evenly with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied if desired.

>> Once cured, the substrate is primed and ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
