Product introduction

Designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces, putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates such as concrete. Our product expertly seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, thereby reducing the absorption rate of porous substrates.

This critical function prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or exhibits large areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
