SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Kickstart your project by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings. This thorough cleansing ensures a pristine and immaculate foundation, setting the stage for an exceptional finish.
2. Continue by meticulously sanding the uneven ground. This step not only eradicates loose concrete and impurities but also paves the way for a flawlessly smooth surface, perfect for subsequent layers.
3. Crucially, ensure the base is completely dry and free from any puddles. Moisture can significantly undermine the integrity of your work, so maintaining a dry foundation is essential.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, it is prudent to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment agent is highly recommended. This tailored approach guarantees optimal bonding and longevity.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

1. Begin your construction journey by meticulously cleaning the base layer to perfection. Once spotless, choose the ideal primer to ensure optimal adherence. As the base layer gently absorbs the primer and begins its drying phase (generally around 2-6 hours post-application), you can embark on the self-leveling construction process with confidence.

2. Prepare to create a flawless mixture by adding about 10 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Engage a mixer to achieve a perfectly uniform blend, free of lumps. Pour this seamless mixture and spread it with precision using a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. 1. It is of utmost importance to maintain the construction environment within a temperature spectrum of 5°C to 30°C. Moreover, ensure that the relative humidity is kept at a moderate level, steering clear of any extremes, to guarantee the product's optimal performance and maximize its effectiveness.

2. It is imperative to adhere strictly to the water-to-product ratio as delineated in the product manual. This meticulous precision is vital in preventing any adverse impacts on the self-leveling material's performance, thereby ensuring its premium quality and functionality are fully realized.

3. Ensure that the expertly mixed self-leveling material is applied within a prompt 20-minute window. This timely application is crucial in thwarting solidification, thus preserving the material in its ideal, usable state and ensuring flawless application.

4. Prioritize comprehensive safety measures during construction to avert any accidental splashes of the material into the eyes or onto the skin. The use of protective gear is strongly endorsed to foster a safe and secure working environment.
