Designed to reinforce the integrity of cement mortar wall surfaces, our Eco-Conscious Vinyl Sheet Adhesive is a superb solution for addressing slight sand shedding and enhancing aerated concrete block surfaces. Perfect for use with putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or other absorbent substrates such as concrete. This advanced adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rates of porous materials.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, our product substantially enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures a firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, thereby eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks and oil stains, & devoid of chemical additives such as release agents. In cases where the substrate surface is loose or experiences large areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement. Shot blasting may be required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or adjust according to substrate absorption levels. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
