Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by thoroughly mopping the floor to remove dust and debris. If uneven, apply self-leveling material to create a perfectly smooth and clean foundation.

Step 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper brush to spread the adhesive evenly across the surface. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, signaling readiness for carpet installation.

Step 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat and smooth, applying pressure. Utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller for seamless adherence.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to build bonding strength over 3 hours. It is advised to avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours post-installation. This technique ensures the carpet can withstand weight without bubbling or deformation for a flawless finish.
