SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously removing all traces of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This step ensures a pristine and optimal foundation for the application.
2. Expertly sand the uneven ground to effectively eliminate loose concrete and impurities, creating a flawless canvas for the self-leveling compound.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state, completely devoid of puddles, to prevent any potential disruptions in the leveling process.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the ideal choice to ensure seamless preparation.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Select the appropriate primer for the task. Once the primer has been fully absorbed by the base layer and begins to dry-typically within a time frame of 2 to 6 hours after application-proceed with the preparatory steps for self-leveling.
2. Pour about 5 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until the mixture is luxuriously smooth and free of any lumps. Pour the prepared mixture and distribute it evenly, employing a specialized notched trowel to precisely control thickness. It is imperative to shield the freshly mixed material from the harshness of direct sunlight and vigorous winds.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, expertly utilize a defoaming roller over the surface to efficiently eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery proficiency of 20-40 liters per minute is apt for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure that the construction environment maintains a temperature within the optimal range of 5°C to 30°C, with relative humidity kept at a suitably low level.
2. It is crucial to adhere to the specified water ratio as detailed in the product manual. Deviating from this by adding excess or insufficient water could significantly impair the performance of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to prevent it from solidifying, which would render it unusable.
4. Exercise caution during the application process to prevent the material from coming into contact with eyes or skin.
5. During the curing period, take care to ensure the surface is not subjected to impacts from heavy objects or exposed to water immersion.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, keeping it protected from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression that could damage the packaging.
