Our Safe Application Vinyl Floor Glue is designed to reinforce surfaces such as cement mortar, aerated concrete block walls, and more. It is suitable for putty powder, paint, cement mortar, and absorbent substrates like concrete. This incredible adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks, significantly reducing the absorption of porous substrates.

By preventing moisture from being absorbed into the leveling layer, it enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring a firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, and eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or has substantial sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

 

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 depending on substrate absorption, apply one coat using a roller brush to ensure thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
