K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer
1. Completely remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface for optimal preparation.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then use a vacuum to clear away residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains perfectly dry and free from any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, employ the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal treatment results.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal performance and results.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (within approximately 2-6 hours after application), proceed with the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Add around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix with a mixer until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to maintain control over the thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a concise 10-minute window.
3. Before the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any package damage.
