Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by meticulously cleaning the floor, removing all dust and debris with a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to create a perfectly smooth and clean surface.

Step 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Utilize a scraper brush to evenly distribute the adhesive across the floor. Wait approximately 15-20 minutes until the adhesive alters from white to transparent, signifying readiness for carpet laying.

Step 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply gentle pressure, and use a rubber mallet for tapping or a pressure roller for rolling to ensure a secure fit.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to gain bonding strength within 3 hours. Avoid walking or placing weight on the carpet for at least 12 hours to ensure a firm and flawless finish, free from bubbling or deformation.
