Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & completely dry, and free from cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives, including release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand shedding, this product is not suitable. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Carefully remove any unstable and loose materials, as well as oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adherence.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting based on substrate absorption for optimal results. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration throughout the substrate.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider multiple coats to enhance durability and strength.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with premium materials such as putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, setting the stage for a flawless finish.
