K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose particles, and any old coatings from the surface meticulously.
2. Smooth out any uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, and vacuum thoroughly to remove all dust and loose materials.
3. Maintain a dry base, free of any water accumulation.
4. For absorbent substrates, we recommend using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal results.
The recommended water-to-mortar ratio is 26%, ensuring the perfect consistency for application.
1. After thoroughly preparing the base layer, choose an appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (within approximately 2-6 hours), commence the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Start by adding around 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound while mixing continuously until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Pour the mixture evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness precisely. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to roll over the surface, expelling any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized to transport the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When properly sealed, the shelf life extends to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, ensuring the packaging remains intact and undamaged.
