Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & any chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit significant sand shedding, reinforcement using this product is not advisable. In such scenarios, shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and perform a thorough vacuum before application to prepare the surface optimally.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a suggested ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to the substrate's absorption capabilities. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration for optimal results.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary to achieve the desired strength and stability.

>> Once curing is complete, the substrate is ready and can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a reliable foundation for further construction work.
