TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by meticulously cleaning the floor of dust and debris using a mop. For uneven surfaces, apply self-leveling material for a flawless and clean foundation.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Using a scraper brush, evenly distribute the adhesive across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, indicating readiness for carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet smoothly and apply pressure. Utilize a rubber mallet or a pressure roller to ensure a firm and even adherence.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive begins to bond within 3 hours. It is recommended to avoid any foot traffic or work on the carpet for up to 12 hours to ensure maximum adherence. This method guarantees a robust hold, free from bubbling or deformation for long-term durability.
