Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Begin by meticulously cleaning the floor to eliminate dust and debris. Use a mop for thorough cleaning, and if necessary, apply a self-leveling compound to ensure a perfectly smooth and pristine surface.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Evenly distribute the adhesive across the floor using a scraper brush. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes until the color transitions from white to transparent, signifying readiness for carpet placement.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Carefully lay the carpet flat, ensuring smoothness. Apply pressure and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller for a secure fit.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The adhesive reaches optimal bonding strength within just 3 hours. To preserve the installation's integrity, avoid foot traffic or activities on the carpet for 12 hours. This method guarantees the carpet remains stable, free from bubbling or deformation.
