Product introduction
Our Super Wear-resistant Floor Sealing Hardener is expertly engineered to penetrate concrete surfaces to a depth of 5mm - 8mm. Through a sophisticated reaction with free calcium and magnesium ions within the concrete, it forms a dense crystalline structure. This advanced process fortifies the entire surface, transforming it into a robust, durable, and visually appealing concrete floor.
This lithium-based hardener is meticulously designed for emery floors, commonly referred to as wear-resistant floors, offering optimal performance for these specific surfaces.
Over time, emery floors may encounter dust and dirt accumulation due to their porous cement composition. The structural uniqueness, pH level, and trace element content of emery floors set them apart from other basic floors. Our emery floor hardener is formulated to address these distinct characteristics, ensuring comprehensive participation of all active components in the reaction, resulting in a uniformly hardened surface.
Application scope
Ideal for various settings, including: Industrial floors, Workshop floors, Supermarket floors, Concrete parking lots, Concrete highways, Airport runways, Concrete bridges, Concrete docks, Concrete walls, Sports centers, Any location with a concrete or cement mortar base, Reinforcement of new and old concrete bases, Reinforcement of new and old terrazzo bases, Reinforcement of new and old hardened wear-resistant floors.

Advantages of Concrete Sealing Hardener Floors
- High Strength: The treated concrete surfaces achieve an impressive Mohs hardness of 8, enhancing strength by approximately 200%.
- Wear Resistance: This hardener solidifies various concrete components into a hard, dense mass, significantly boosting wear resistance by about six times.
- Dust Prevention: The chemical reactions with silicates in the concrete form a dense structure, effectively preventing dust accumulation on the surface.
- Compression Resistance: Treated samples show a remarkable 40% increase in compressive strength compared to untreated samples, with flexural strength more than doubling.
- Water Resistance: Effectively penetrates the concrete to lock pores, inhibiting the ingress of water, oil, and other contaminants.
- Aging Resistance: Offers robust protection against damage from chloride ions and UV exposure; the concrete remains unaffected by electromagnetic fields or mist.
- Corrosion Resistance: Significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of the treated concrete surface.
- Bonding Strength: Increases bonding strength with epoxy resin by 21.9%, while maintaining excellent bonding strength with coatings.
- Glossiness: The treated concrete floor gains a marble-like sheen, with glossiness improving over time and use.
