The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is an elite, water-hardening inorganic composite material. Engineered from superior raw materials and expertly formulated, it delivers outstanding fluidity, swiftly achieving precise indoor floor leveling. This adaptable compound is the ultimate pre-leveling solution for a diverse array of floor coverings, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wooden floors.
Celebrated for its formidable strength, negligible shrinkage, and unparalleled adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound establishes a flawless, robust foundation ideal for floor installations. It is perfectly compatible with a variety of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Provides exceptional fluidity that effortlessly smooths and levels the ground with precision.
2. Dramatically boosts the density, hardness, and consistency of the foundation.
3. Efficiently minimizes porosity while ensuring even absorption for superior results.
4. Features rapid drying and early setting, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days.
5. Low shrinkage characteristics that prevent cracking during ground preparation, ensuring durability.

The K50 can be seamlessly applied at a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single application, offering flexibility and convenience.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface for optimal results.
2. Smooth uneven surfaces by grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to remove residual materials and dust for a pristine base.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free of any puddles to maintain integrity.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal performance and results.
1. Following thorough cleansing of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and blend with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can ease the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. Sealed, the product retains a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-lasting quality.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to prevent package damage and maintain product integrity.
