1. Begin with a pristine canvas by thoroughly eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This ensures optimal adhesion and a flawless finish.
2. Proceed to sand the uneven ground meticulously to eliminate loose concrete and impurities. This smooth groundwork is crucial for a stable and enduring flooring project.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and devoid of puddles. A dry foundation is essential for the integrity and longevity of the flooring system.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we highly recommend employing the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is your go-to solution for unparalleled treatment results.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by thoroughly cleansing the base layer to ensure a pristine start. Select the perfect primer for the job. Once the primer is absorbed and reaches a semi-dry state-typically within 2 to 6 hours-initiate the groundwork for the self-leveling process.
2. Introduce about 5 liters of pristine water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, blending with a mixer until you achieve a luxurious, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Dispense the expertly mixed material and evenly distribute it using a specially designed notched trowel to regulate thickness. Shield the fresh mixture from the harshness of direct sunlight and fierce winds for optimal results.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to meticulously sweep the surface, ensuring any entrapped air bubbles are expelled. Note: Employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between a comfortable 5°C and 30°C. Ensure the relative humidity remains within a moderate range to promote the best results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio outlined in the product manual to preserve the remarkable properties of the self-leveling material. Deviating from this may compromise performance significantly.
3. Utilize the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to avoid premature solidification, which would render the material ineffective.
4. Prioritize safety during construction. Avoid any contact of the material with eyes or skin to maintain a secure working environment.
5. Throughout the curing period, exercise caution by preventing heavy objects from impacting the surface or water from soaking the ground.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool location to maintain its premium quality, far from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compressions to safeguard the integrity of the packaging.
