Product introduction

Our innovative PVC Flooring Adhesive is designed to reinforce and stabilize cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. It is perfect for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates such as concrete. This advanced adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By preventing the moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it effectively enhances the bonding strength, ensuring firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, and eliminates common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are required before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
