SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Thoroughly cleanse the surface by eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, or remnants of old coatings. This ensures a pristine and immaculate foundation for your project.
2. Expertly sand the uneven ground to eradicate any loose concrete and impurities, creating a smooth and flawless surface ready for application.
3. Maintain a dry and pristine base, ensuring it is completely free of puddles and moisture to promote optimal adhesion.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is highly recommended for superior results. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the ideal choice for professional-grade treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Ensure the base layer is meticulously cleaned before applying the primer. Choose the appropriate primer that complements the surface. Once the primer is absorbed and transitions to a semi-dry state (typically 2-6 hours post-application), you can commence preparations for the self-leveling process.
2. Start by pouring approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a mixing container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly using a mechanical mixer until the blend is consistently smooth and devoid of lumps. Carefully decant the mixture and distribute it evenly across the surface. Utilize a specialized notched trowel to expertly manage the desired thickness. Shield the freshly prepared mix from the impacts of direct sunlight and intense winds for optimal results.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface. This step is crucial to eliminate entrapped air bubbles for a flawless finish. Note: A pump with a capacity to deliver 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry, ensuring seamless application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. It is essential to maintain the construction environment temperature within the range of 5°C to 30°C. Additionally, ensure that the relative humidity is kept at an optimal level, avoiding excessive moisture.
2. Adhere strictly to the water mix ratio as outlined in the product manual. Any deviation, such as adding too much or too little water, can adversely affect the performance of the self-leveling material.
3. The prepared self-leveling material should be applied within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, which could render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution during the application process to prevent accidental contact of the material with the eyes or skin.
5. During the curing period, safeguard the treated surface from impacts by heavy objects or exposure to water, to ensure the integrity of the finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, which may compromise the integrity of the packaging and the product itself.
