K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface for optimal adhesion.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by a thorough vacuuming to clear away loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free from any puddles for ideal results.
4. For highly absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surface substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment.
The ideal water-to-mortar ratio is 26%, ensuring a perfect mix.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select an appropriate primer. As the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour roughly 6 liters of pristine water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Blend with a mixer until seamlessly smooth and lump-free. Evenly spread the mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring mixing and application are completed within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate entrapped air. Tip: Utilize a pump with a delivery rate of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product has a shelf life of 6 months.
During transit, exercise caution to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preventing packaging damage.
