Product introduction
Introducing the Super Wear-Resistant Floor Sealing Hardener - an advanced solution that penetrates the concrete surface by 5mm to 8mm. It engages with free calcium and magnesium ions, creating a meticulous crystalline structure. This process hardens the entire surface, rendering the concrete floor exceptionally durable, robust, and visually appealing.
Our lithium-based hardener is expertly crafted for emery floors, also known as wear-resistant floors, ensuring enhanced performance and longevity.
Over time, emery floors can develop dust and dirt issues due to their inherently porous nature as cement products. However, the unique structural composition, pH level, and trace element content of emery floors distinguish them from standard floors. Our emery floor hardener is meticulously formulated to address these specific attributes, ensuring that all active components within the emery floor participate in the reaction, resulting in a uniformly hardened surface.
Application scope
Ideal for Industrial floors; Workshop floors; Supermarket floors; Concrete parking lots; Concrete highways; Airport runways; Concrete bridges; Concrete docks; Concrete walls; Sports centers; Any location with a concrete or cement mortar base; Reinforcement of new and existing concrete bases; Reinforcement of new and existing terrazzo bases; Reinforcement of new and existing hardened wear-resistant floors.

Advantages of Concrete Sealing Hardener Floors
- High Strength: Post-treatment, the concrete surface achieves an impressive Mohs hardness of 8, enhancing its strength by approximately 200%.
- Wear Resistance: The various components within the concrete are solidified into a dense, hard mass, enhancing wear resistance by about sixfold.
- Dust Prevention: The chemical reactions with the silicates form a dense structure, effectively preventing dust accumulation on the surface.
- Compression Resistance: Treated samples exhibit a notable 40% increase in compressive strength compared to untreated samples, with flexural strength more than doubling.
- Water Resistance: Effectively penetrates the concrete, sealing pores and preventing the ingress of water, oil, and other contaminants.
- Aging Resistance: Provides robust resistance against chloride ion damage and UV exposure; the concrete remains unaffected by electromagnetic fields or mist.
- Corrosion Resistance: Significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of the treated concrete surface.
- Bonding Strength: Increases bonding strength with epoxy resin by 21.9%, while maintaining strong bonding strength with coatings.
- Glossiness: Treated concrete floors exhibit a marble-like sheen, with gloss levels improving over time with prolonged use.
