SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Commence the subfloor preparation by thoroughly eradicating all traces of oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and any remnants of previous coatings from the surface. This comprehensive cleaning process is vital to ensure optimal bonding, enhancing the durability and performance of the application.
2. Carefully sand the uneven ground, ensuring the meticulous removal of all loose concrete particles and embedded impurities. This sanding process is essential to create a smooth and immaculate foundation, laying the groundwork for flawless subsequent applications.
3. Make certain that the base is impeccably dry, and absolutely free from any puddles, as residual moisture can significantly compromise the bonding and integrity of the applied surface solution.
4. For substrates known for high absorbency, we advocate the application of our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. This product ensures superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to guarantee exceptional adhesion and enduring durability.

APPLICATION
1. Start by thoroughly cleansing the base layer to ensure a flawless bonding surface. Select an appropriate primer that harmoniously blends with the base layer and begins its drying phase within approximately 2 to 6 hours. At this junction, prepare for the application of our Premium Self-Leveling Cement, specially designed to exceed expectations.
2. Pour about 5 liters of crystal-clear water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our top-tier self-leveling compound. Engage a mixer to blend until you achieve a uniform, silky-smooth, lump-free consistency. Evenly disperse the mixture using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly prepared material from direct sunlight and gusty winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound fully sets, utilize a defoaming roller to elegantly traverse the surface, effectively liberating any trapped air. Note: For seamless application, a pump with a delivery rate of 20 to 40 liters per minute can effortlessly transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure the construction environment maintains a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, paired with low relative humidity to guarantee peak material performance.
2. Rigorously adhere to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision is critical in preserving the exceptional performance of our self-leveling compound, preventing any compromise due to excess or insufficient water.
3. Utilize the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avert premature solidification, ensuring a smooth and effective application on surfaces.
4. Exercise vigilance during application to safeguard against the material splattering on skin or eyes, thus maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
5. During the crucial curing phase, shield the surface from heavy impacts and water exposure to preserve the integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain the product's quality. During transit, avoid impacts and compression to keep the packaging intact, ensuring the product reaches its destination in perfect condition.
